Consultancy
Advice that answers only to you.
We take no university commissions. You pay a clear fee, and in return we handle the route from your IMAT result to your first lecture — or just the part you need.
What we take off your plate.
Students rarely lose a place on the exam alone. They lose it to a weak preference list, a missing document or a visa appointment booked too late.
- University ranking strategy for your IMAT preference list
- Universitaly pre-enrolment, translations, Dichiarazione di valore or CIMEA
- Your type D visa file and embassy appointment
- Ranking (scorrimento) tracking and enrolment
- Permesso di soggiorno, codice fiscale, DSU scholarship and housing
From first call to first lecture.
- 1
Free consultation
A 30-minute call on your grades, IMAT readiness and budget — and which pathway fits: medicine, dentistry, pharmacy or study elsewhere in the world.
- 2
A written plan
Exam prep with IMAT Nerd, a university shortlist, a document checklist and a timeline to enrolment — or nothing, if you don't need us.
- 3
Documents and applications
Universitaly, translations, Dichiarazione di valore or CIMEA and your visa file, each checked before anything is submitted.
- 4

Why fee-only matters.
Many medicine-abroad agents are paid by private universities to fill seats. Your preference list should be built around your score and goals, not someone's margins.
| Wulmy | Commission agents | |
|---|---|---|
| Who pays | You — a clear, upfront fee | Universities, through commissions |
| Which universities | The best fit for your score, public or private | Mostly partner institutions |
| IMAT preparation | Specialist courses through IMAT Nerd | Generic or none |
| Italian paperwork | Universitaly to permesso, checked step by step | Often left to you |
| Conflicts of interest | None, and disclosed in writing if that ever changes | Built into the model |
Honest by design.
You write, we coach
We edit and advise. We never ghostwrite essays — it protects your offer and your integrity.
No guaranteed admissions
Anyone who guarantees an IMAT place is selling something else. We publish real outcomes instead.
Zero tolerance for fraud
We never alter official documents. Requests for fake transcripts or statements end the engagement.
Your data, protected
GDPR-compliant handling: consent first, encrypted storage, and deletion after your intake.
Real students, real results.
Shared with each student's written consent. We publish outcomes, never guarantees.

Questions, answered.
Something else on your mind? hello@wulmy.com
Do you help with the APS certificate?
Yes — we tell you exactly which documents to submit and track the timeline.
Can you apply to universities for me?
We submit together with you, using your own portal accounts.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, according to the scope of your package. See our terms.
Is the profile assessment really free?
Yes. It's a 30-minute call with a written follow-up. If a package makes sense we'll recommend one; there's no obligation to buy.
Why should I pay when other consultancies are free?
Free consultancies are paid by universities, so their advice is shaped by commissions. You pay us directly, so our only incentive is your result.
Will you write my statement of purpose for me?
No. You write the draft and we edit, restructure and coach you through revisions. Ghostwritten essays can get offers revoked — we won't put yours at risk.
Do you guarantee admission or a scholarship?
No one honestly can. We guarantee the work: clear scope, fast feedback, and a named consultant who knows the systems you're applying to.
Which countries do you work with?
We work with students from anywhere, with a focus on applications to Europe — Germany, Italy, the Nordics, France, the Netherlands and Erasmus Mundus programmes.
How do payments work?
Packages are paid upfront. Full Management can be split into two instalments: 50% when you sign and 50% at final submission.
